You upload a photo of your grandma and one of the boss. We cut them out on your device and turn them into pixel-art sprites. Add the weapon (biscuits works), a few inside jokes like "the bingo winning streak", and a message for the win screen. They get a link. No app, no account, works on any phone.
The boss is whoever, or whatever, your grandma fights every day. The Wifi is a popular pick. Throw biscuits, dodge the red ones, and when the boss goes down your message appears with confetti. It is dad versus the thing he complains about most.

- No. The game is a web link that runs in the phone browser. It works on iPhone, Android and desktop.
- What photo works best?
- A clear head-and-shoulders shot on a plain background. Selfies are fine. Group photos are not, since we cut out one person.
- Is it hard to play?
- There are three difficulties. Easy is for toddlers and parents. Normal takes a few tries. Hard is for people who play a lot.
- Can I change it after publishing?
- You can edit the lines and message from the same device you made it on. Sprites are fixed once published.
